Cat & Cloud Coffee Roasters

This week we're featuring one of our favorite coffee roasters for only the second time. Cat & Cloud hasn't been around long, but they're making waves in specialty coffee as they come on the scene. We wanted to give them a chance to tell you what they're about, and this is what they said:

Cat & Cloud exists because of an inherent passion for coffee and people. We come from service, competition, & sustainability backgrounds. We have trained, managed, roasted as well as assisted in business structure for washing stations in Africa. We learned that all of the special things in life come from good, caring people. We believe in serving the coffees we love & investing in those who support us. This will bring people closer to who we are and allow us to relate through each experience, wether it be in person or by the cup. We hope to grow the love of specialty coffee by giving our team & anyone who interacts with us a positive, meaningful experience. We hope you enjoy!

Look out for their new Honduras: on the shelf now, on the bar in a couple of days. It's from Pedro Moreno's farm in the El Cedral region where he also has a washing station of his own. He's placed very high in the Honduras Cup of Excellence the past five years, and this year's crop promises notes of baked peaches, cinnamon, and marshmallow.
