COFFEE BIOGRAPHY
This exceptional lot comes from smallholder farmers in Bilida Bukisa village in the high-altitude Kercha region of Guji Zone, where elevations top out well above 2,100 meters above sea level. The farms are planted with regional, distinct strains of coffees that originally spread from the wild forest plants of western Ethiopia to various districts including Harar in the East and southern regions like Guji, representing Ethiopia's incredible coffee biodiversity.
