Instant Coffee Recipe

1 packet clarity instant coffee
12 ounces WATER

Add 1 packet of clarity instant coffee to a cup with 12 ounces of hot water.
Stir until dissolved.
Enjoy.

Instant Latte Recipe

1 packet clarity instant coffee
10 ounces milk of your choice

Add 1 packet of clarity instant coffee to a cup with 1-2 ounces of hot water.
stir until dissolved.
Add your favorite milk

For a hot latte, you can simply microwave your cup for 90 seconds. Use an electric whisk if you want it frothier.
For an iced latte, just top off with ice.

You can easily customize your instant latte with many flavors you probably have in your kitchen already.
ADD THESE INGREDIENTS into your coffee and hot water mixture before adding your milk

BROWN SUGAR LATTE
ADD 15g BROWN SUGAR

VAnilla Latte
add 15 grams sugar + 1.5 grams vanilla extract

USE THE VANILLA LATTE RECIPE BUT SUBSTITUTE THE VANILLA EXTRACT FOR ANY OTHER EXTRACT YOU CAN FIND IN THE BAKING AISLE

Bulk Batches of Syrup
If you want to prep your syrup ahead to make your mornings quicker, you can make a batch of syrup.

VANILLA
150 grams sugar
15 grams vanilla extract
150 grams (ML) HOT water JUST OFF BOIL

mix all ingredients together until sugar is fully disSolved.
you can use IT immediately.
add 30 grams of syrup to a 12 ounce latte
Recipe makes 10 servings.
